Biometric Sensor Using Arduino

Fingerprint sensor module captures finger s print image and then converts it into the equivalent template and saves them into its memory as per selected id by arduino.

In this fingerprint sensor based biometric attendance system using arduino we used a fingerprint sensor module to authenticate a true person or employee by taking their finger input in the system. This sensor has an optical heart rate sensor with amplification and circuit for noise reduction giving fast and reliable pulse readings. Enroll key is used for enrolling new finger impression into the system and back function as well. The sensor can be easily powered up using the arduino 5v pin.

Simply we will be interfacing fingerprint sensor w. All the process is commanded by arduino like taking an image of finger s print convert it into templates and storing as id etc. Here we are using 4 push buttons to register new fingerprint or delete stored fingerprint or match stored fingerprint. In this project we will be interfacing fingerprint sensor with arduino for biometric security system.

To measure the heart rate you just need to clip the sensor in your earlobe or fingerprint. Here we are using 4 push buttons to enroll back delete ok up and down. In this arduino fingerprint sensor project we have used fingerprint sensor module to take finger or thumb impression as input in the system. The type of fingerprint module we are using is the r305 fingerprint scanner module.
